全国人大代表陈天竺对此表示，《哪吒2》出海、出圈，体现了中国文化自信与产业创新的融合。它以传统文化为根基，赋予角色现代内涵，让国内外观众感受人性的力量。她指出，文化出海要融合科技与文化，进行创造性转化。
